Complete adds to team

The newly created role sees Alison move from her previous position as compliance monitoring manager at Complete.

Alison will now be processing applications from packagers applying to become Complete satellites, and set up the new relationships with the Complete satellite lender panel.

She will organise and conduct all necessary training and will monitor cases to identify additional training needs and check all subsequent cases for the quality of the packaging.

Her brief also includes helping the satellites to develop their own levels of business and attending quarterly satellite review meetings with Complete’s BDMs.
