NACFB Commercial Finance training day

The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers' training day in the North.
A one day course focusing on commercial mortgages, as well as factoring, leasing and bridging finance.
The aim is to give advice and guidance on how to put a commercial mortgage deal together for a lender.
The course material will look at how a commercial mortgage is structured and how a lender assesses risk. It will also cover how to put a client's deal together for a lender.
It will also give a brief overview of the other types of commercial finance available to the commercial broker.
The cost of a day's course is £25 to NACFB members and £40 to non-members.
