OpenBook forges HIP alliance
OpenBook has teamed up with Vebra to offer a Home Information Pack (HIP) ordering service.
Over 3,600 estate agency branches currently use Vebra’s software, meaning that OpenBook will now be able to deliver HIPs to Vebra's clients’ existing computer systems at the touch of a button.
Gerard Buckley, chief executive of OpenBook, commented: “We are looking forward to working with Vebra, as their independent HIP provider. Our integrated system will bring huge advantages to property professionals and the consumer alike, offering a streamlined service as well as full customer support. We pride ourselves on being forward thinking and it’s exciting to be a part of a company that thinks along similar lines.”
Vebra's managing director, Stephen McCluskey, added: “Our focus at Vebra is to help estate agents run more effective businesses. This alliance delivers on that focus by vastly simplifying the HIP ordering process, making it quicker, easier and less prone to errors.”
