Coventry unveils Offset range
Coventry Intermediaries has launched a range of Offset mortgage products with free vals and legals on remortgages.
The new suite of Offset products includes a competitive 5.49 per cent fixed rate to 31 March 2010, as well as Flexx and tracker products.
Coventry has also introduced a number of fixed, Flexx and tracker products into its standard residential range.
All products are available up to 95 per cent LTV with free valuations and free legal fees for remortgagors.
The following products will be available from Friday 4 January.
Offset
- 5.89 per cent fixed to 31 March 2013 with no arrangement or booking fee, ERC's of 4 per cent of balance repaid to 31 March 2013.
- 5.89 per cent fixed to 31 March 2010 with no arrangement or booking fee, ERC's of 4 per cent of balance repaid to 31 March 2010.
- 5.49 per cent fixed to 31 March 2010 with a booking fee of £199 and an £800 arrangement fee with ERC's of 4 per cent of balance repaid to 31 March 2010.
- 6.10 per cent flexx rate for term with a £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee. No ERC's.
- +0.49 per cent BBR Tracker to 31 March 2010 (currently at 5.99 per cent) with £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee. ERC's of 4 per cent of balance repaid to 31 March 2010.
- +0.95 per cent BBR Tracker to 31 March 2010 (currently at 6.45 per cent) with no associated fees other than ERC of 4 per cent of balance repaid to 31 March 2010.
- 5.59 per cent fixed to 31 March 2013 with £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee. ERC's of 4 per cent of balance repaid to 31 March 2013.
- Flexx for term (variable) at 5.95 per cent with £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee. No ERC's.
- Flexx for term(variable) at 6.10 per cent with £199 booking fee and £350 arrangement fee. No ERC's.
- +0.85 per cent BBR Tracker to 31 March 2011 (currently 6.35 per cent) with no associated fees other than ERC's of 4 per cent of balance repaid to 31 March 2011.
