Network Data unveils self-cert exclusive

Network Data has teamed up with Mortgage Express to offer a two-year semi-exclusive self-cert product.
The product is available at a rate of 6.74 per cent until 31 January 2010 and for loans up to 90 per cent LTV. There is an ERC of 5 per cent within the initial period.
Stewart Rennie, product development manager at Network Data said that the product had been launched off the back of strong demand for self-certs.
