NCL makes online conveyancing upgrade

24 January, 2008

Network Conveyancing Limited (NCL) has enhanced its conveyancing service to include an onine quotation system.

The newly launched system allows agents to quote and instruct across a new extended panel of solicitor firms, including BPL, CBA, RTL, Harding Evans and Key Conveyancing, with real time case tracking.

Clients can benefit from legal fees from just £395 plus VAT for properties worth up to £400,000 and NCL offers an attractive variable commission structure.

All these enhancements are backed by NCL’s dedicated UK-based Call Centre.

NCL chief executive, Chris Poulton said: “We have already built a very strong relationship with Network Data intermediaries, which has helped us develop our proposition in line with broker needs.

"Conveyancing is pivotal to any mortgage or remortgage sale and brokers that use our service have benefited from being involved as well as being rewarded with commission.

"We offer simple systems and streamlined processes but pride ourselves in offering a personal service which allows clients and brokers direct access to the solicitor dealing with the case. "
