Leeds introduces fee-free fixed rates

In response to growing demand, Leeds Building Society has introduced a number of three and five-year fee-free fixes.
Headline rates on the new products start at 5.35 per cent with the flexibility of fee-free options and no early repayment charges.
Products are also fully portable with unlimited capital repayment options and come without HLCs.
Fee-free borrowers will also benefit from free in-house legal services for remortgages and a free valuation up to £335.
