Conveyancing referrals add £165 with BM

Brokers using BM Solutions for their clients' conveyancing needs will net an average £165 per case.
This equates to an extra £8,000 per annum if an intermediary was to refer one client each week.
It has been suggested that 80 per cent of borrowers don't have any legal representation at application stage, therefore making this a lucrative income stream.
Relaunched last September, BM's conveyancing tool allows brokers to make a selection for their client based on price, location or rating.
