TMW takes to the road

The Mortgage Works (TMW) is sending its BDM's out on the road to advise brokers on the advantages within the buy-to-let sector.
The firm is running sessions throughout February, with each including a presentation alongside a question and answer element.
The presentation will cover market size and growth, the drivers of buy to let as well as the opportunities within portfolio investments.
Appointments can be organised at a time convenient to the broker - all they need to do is contact their BDM or visit the Contact Us section on the TMW website.
"As a successful lender in portfolio buy to let, we are keen to work with professional intermediaries to help them maximise the potential in this sector," said Andy McQueen, managing director of Nationwide Specialist Lending.
