Xit2 to field Stroud & Swindon instructions

Xit2's Valuation Exchange has been adopted by Stroud & Swindon Building Society to manage its valuations.
Xit2's systems streamline the valuation instruction process, introducing both cost and time saving measures.
It also displays the movements of the valuations as they happen so that everyone is kept up-to-date on their progress.
Stroud & Swindon already operates through a dedicated team of intermediary business development managers, with a branch network of 22 offices and 20 agencies in the South West. The addition of the Valuation Exchange will further enhance their service.
Andy King, senior manager of lending at Stroud & Swindon, said it would be a very valuable tool for all involved in the process: "Xit2’s Valuation Exchange provides a single, efficient system which speeds up the entire valuation process. Our staff can use the web-based logon to instruct valuations and also track the progress of the case."
