Commercial partnership cuts costs

InterBay Commercial and Niche Mortgage Packagers have teamed up during February to offer free legals on all commercial purchases and remortgages.
Andy Reid, InterBay's national relationship manager, said the exclusive offer was in recognition of the value of the packager/broker relationship.
“We are delighted to be in a position to play a part in helping Niche Mortgage Packagers with their continued endeavour to provide excellent service and products," he said, adding that he believed the products would be in high demand.
