Godiva reveals pre-launch partners

Godiva Mortgages has joined with seven key intermediary partners prior to its entry into the equity release market at the end of the month.
The lender's initial panel will include Age Partnership, Equity Advice, Equity Release Solutions, Helen Brown Financial Services, Home & Capital, Key Retirement Solutions and NHFA.
These seven firms will offer Godiva's full range of equity release products when they go live on 28 February 2008.
Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: “We have listened hard to advisers when designing our equity release products and we are confident that they will appeal to IFAs and their clients.
"We have had positive feedback at this early stage, and we look forward to announcing product details at the end of the month.”
Simon Little, managing director of the Home & Capital, added: "The Godiva team have done a great job with their equity release proposition.
"By taking their time to develop their products, and waiting until the climate was right, Godiva is set to deliver a first class offering in a market set for growth."
