Primrose enhances service

Primrose Premier has adopted the Evaluate non-conforming sourcing and application system.
Brokers and ARs using Primrose, Premier Network Group's packaging arm, will be able to tap into faster online services as a result.
Evaluate will also go some way to help intermediaries meet 'Treating Customers Fairly' (TCF) objectives as product searches can be saved and printed to provide evidence of market research, with decisions based on full credit search and property type. If the application is declined, the system also provides both broker and client with full reasons for this.
Karen Butt, head of group sales & marketing at Premier Network Group, said: “In today’s marketplace advisers want speed and certainty when they source non-conforming products and Evaluate certainly provides on both counts.
“2008 is a major year of expansion for our Primrose Premier packaging arm. We have already recruited two Regional Sales Managers who are looking to recruit a number of Business Development Managers.
