AToM enhances service

All Types of Mortgages (AToM) has launched a discounted package in conjunction with Easier2Move.
The 'Remo Package' combines the borrower's valuation and legal costs together in one single, heavily discounted application fee.
AToM's managing director, Richard Hearn, said that the business had been looking at the ways in which it could help incentivise borrowers for a while, with the product designed to directly target remortgagors.
“In this market it is a fact that many people remortgaging will face higher repayments. With the Remo Package we are looking to do our bit to make remortgaging easier, quicker and most importantly, cheaper."
The package - available for residential remortgages as well as those on investment properties - can offer savings of up to £749 when compared with standard high-street costs, and AToM is currently guaranteeing 48-hour proc fee payouts.
