No postal strike worry for BM Solutions

The date for the first postal strike since 1996 has been set for Friday 29 June, but advancements in technology mean that brokers and customers of BM Solutions will not be affected.
The completely paperless One Minute Mortgage online system does not require post at any stage of the process. From application through to completion, all stages are carried out online including:
• online application system
• emailed confirmation of offer to the broker
• customer declaration accepted online
• online applications for additional borrowing
Iain Williamson, head of key accounts at BM Solution, said: "Next week's postal strike is set to cause problems for many companies, but we can reassure brokers that there will be no impact on BM Solutions.
“We were the first lender to create a paperless end-to-end system which not only offers quick processing every day, but guarantees that brokers don't lose out as a result of action like this."
