Godiva launch ERC-free credit impaired range

Godiva has announced plans to launch a range of new credit impaired mortgages without Early Repayment Charges (ERCs).
The new range will allow borrowers with credit problems to choose from a range of flexible trackers and fixed rates in the near prime, extra light and light adverse categories.
All products are available up to 95 per cent LTV over a maximum term of 35 years and are fully portable
In addition, all products offer a free valuation and free legal fees for remortgagors, with a booking fee of £199 and an arrangement fee of £800 for all products.
