New appointment for TMB

TMB announced the appointment of Paul Sawford as BDM for the North, North West and East London areas, as well as parts of Essex.
Paul joins TMB from the Lexicon Group, where he held several roles in surveying and mortgages. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry.
The role of BDM has the responsibility to support the development of the sales team and ensure that TMB continues to deliver a five star service to brokers and packagers.
Nigel Payne, managing director of TMB said: “I’m delighted to have Paul on board with us and congratulate him on his new role. He is a highly-regarded mortgage professional, and this is an important role for our business that both supports existing packagers and works to build the sales team for the future.”
