BDS takes over Knight Funding

The BDS Mortgage Group has announced that it is taking over the packaging arm of Knight Funding.
In the light of current market conditions, Knight Funding has decided to scale back its business and close all but its secured loans offering. BDS has more than 18 years experience in the packaging sector and has worked alongside Knight Funding for many years as both firms are members of the PMPA. BDS currently packages for 21 lenders, has a leading satellite proposition and has more than 150 sellers in its network.
Permission will be sought from all those involved to transfer the pipeline business to BDS for completion and brokers will benefit from BDS's procuration fee guarantee. In addition, Knight Funding's head of sales, Lesley Munro, has decided to move across to BDS and will continue to manage and develop broker relationships during and after the initial transition period.
