United Trust Bank has appointed Jane Reeve as a business development manager.
The move comes comes as the bank continues to fund property developers and grow its business notwithstanding the more difficult environment.
The bank specialises in providing funding for property developers and Reeve adds more than 20 years’ experience in development finance to the team. Before joining United Trust Bank in May, she was a senior relationship manager at GMAC RFC Property Finance. She has also held senior development finance roles at Dunbar Bank Plc and Close Property Finance Ltd.
"I'm looking forward to establishing new client relationships and helping them to fully develop their potential," explained Jane. "It's great to be working for a bank that's looking to expand in an otherwise tightening market. I enjoy working in residential development finance because it's hugely satisfying to see a once derelict site transformed into something valuable."
