Praxis adds five lenders

Mortgage packager Praxis has agreed packaging arrangements with Chelsea, Leeds, Blemain Finance, Cheshire and Lancashire.
Their products will be available from 06/06/2008. As well as expanding their Prime and Sub-Prime ranges, the new product portfolios allow Praxis to package mortgages in a number of specialist areas. These include: Buy to Let; Shared Ownership; Right to Buy; Unlimited Adverse; Bridging; Secured Loans and Commercial Lending.
Dudley Aldous, sales and marketing director, said: “We are seeing a changing of the guard with mortgage lenders. Yesterday’s big hitters have fallen by the wayside and a new generation of providers are coming to the forefront. By sealing these agreements we can offer our customers more places to put their difficult cases, which is what they’ve been crying out for.”
