BDS launches direct club

The BDS Mortgage Group has launched a Direct Club for brokers with a 24 hour payment facility for procuration fees.
The BDS Direct Club will allow brokers, submitting cases via BDS, access to a diverse range of providers which currently consists of 49 lenders, plus any exclusive/semi-exclusive products available through BDS. This includes the five-year semi-exclusive residential fixed rate product funded by Abbey for Intermediaries announced last week.
In addition, brokers can now request the procuration fee to be paid directly into their bank account within 24 hours of the completion notification. This follows the introduction of BDS’ proc fee guarantee earlier in the year.
These enhancements complement the wide range of existing services already offered by The BDS Mortgage Group where brokers can also access an expanding network proposition, a 20 strong packaged lender panel, five onsite lender underwriters and satellite packager options.
