CRM could give you the edge

18 June, 2008

Property agencies struggling with the market downturn now have a CRM lifeline that could help give them an edge to stay out of financial trouble.

Told & Sold™ from Eurolink Software allows sales and lettings agents to maximise revenues by alerting them to every potential “up-sell” opportunity at any given time for each contact - from property owner to landlord, tenant to applicant.

Developer Eurolink Software is introducing Told & Sold™ as part of its Veco™ products as a free update.

Eurolink Software founding director Nigel Poole said the primary benefit of Told & Sold™ for agencies was that it offered revenue-generating possibilities from every contact inquiry, for example through mortgages, removals, utilities and insurance.

“Eurolink Software developed Told & Sold™ because we recognised that in the current economic climate estate agents can and must generate income other than through the traditional routes of sales and letting of property,” said Poole.

“Agents need to take advantage of all these ‘up-sell’ opportunities and Told & Sold™ helps them achieve this. This could allow agencies to generate thousands of pounds of additional income. With so many agents now working within tight margins, Told & Sold™ could make all the difference in keeping some from going under in these difficult market conditions.”

The CRM package allows users to collate details of all clients and contacts into a single database record, irrespective of whether they are buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants.
