Just Retirement offers a range of lifetime mortgage products which will now be accessible to Paradigm’s associate and partner members. Just Retirement have two products to choose from, both aimed at helping people unlock the equity in their properties and release valuable capital. They are:

• Roll-up Lifetime Mortgage – the roll-up product offers tiered interest rates starting at 6.29% and is available throughout the UK.

• Fixed Lifetime Mortgage – the fixed lifetime product is unique, allowing customers a number of benefits in return for taking out a fixed charge against their property.

The products have been developed to offer maximum flexibility and control with each mortgage allowing clients the option of taking a tax-free cash lump sum or drawing down money as and when needed.

Just Retirement also offers a number of online services for advisers including information on the equity release market, facts and trends, product information, marketing and PR information to run a successful equity release campaign, and easily downloadable documents.
