Ex Con offers low remortgage
Exclusive Connections, the national packager network, is offering a remortgage costs package which includes valuation and legal fees for £495.
The deal which covers residential remortgage property transactions up to a value of £1 million, also includes buy to let. VAT is also included in the price. The all-in cost is conditional on the use of Exclusive Connections’ valuation panel and conveyancing service.
Matthew Arena, managing director of Exclusive Connections, commented, “We have negotiated a fantastic deal with our valuers and conveyancers. Intermediaries and their clients really need all the help they can get in a market like this and this new package will go some way to reducing the costs associated with remortgaging.”
