Godiva joins Paradigm

Godiva Mortgages has become the latest provider to join Paradigm Mortgage Services’ preferred Equity Release Panel.
Godiva offers a full range of equity release lifetime mortgages which will now be available to Paradigm’s extensive number of associate and partner members. Paradigm, the mortgage partnership proposition, established the Equity Release panel to deliver a range of both lifetime mortgage and home reversion plan solutions to those members offering equity release advice.
The Godiva equity release portfolio contains the following two ranges:
• Lump sum: offered for loans ranging from £25k to £1m; interest rate is fixed for the life of the mortgage; minimum age 60; and single and joint applicants accepted.
• Drawdown: offered for loans ranging from £25k to £250k; minimum regular drawdown of £2k; no fees on drawdowns; drawdowns available for up to 10 years or until maximum limit is reached; minimum age 60; and single and joint applicants accepted.
