Easier2move Launches Easier2Let
Easier2Move (E2M), has launched ‘Easier2Let’ ahead of the compulsory Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for lettings deadline.
Easier2move are offering a competitive ‘early bird’ offer of £65 (plus VAT) for an EPC for landlords wishing to get their certificates organised ahead of the 1 October deadline.
Introducers interested in using the Easier2let service can instruct the EPC via telephone (0845 4600 205), email (easier2let@easier2move.co.uk) or online (www.easier2move.co.uk). E2M offers a fully managed service, liaising with the landlord or letting agent directly to arrange a time to carry out the EPC and collect payment.
