Dunfermline and Saffron join Exweb

Dunfermline and Saffron Building Societies have become the latest providers to join the online equity release quotation service on 1st - The Exchange’s Exweb portal.
Dunfermline Building Society’s lifetime mortgage offers financial solutions for the over 55s by providing homeowners with a ‘cushioning’ against the rising costs of the current financial climate. Alongside lump sum and flexible drawdown options, the lender also provides a regular payment facility which starts immediately - guaranteeing payment for life.
Saffron Building Society’s equity release range comprises of lump sum, higher loan to value and drawdown plans to cater for a wider range of client needs. Saffron BS has worked closely with advisers to design the flexible product that focuses on increasing consumer confidence. Key features include portability and no application or valuation fees up to £500.
