Saffron launches mortgage broking
Saffron Building Society has launched its own mortgage broking service.
Its team of advisers are providing independent guidance on all mortgage offerings in the market for everyone from first-time buyers to investors in buy-to-let properties, as well as those looking to extend or improve their property.
Head of the service, Richard Barrett, said offering a wide level of choice to borrowers fitted perfectly with the Society being a mutual: "We have been planning this service for some time as the mortgage market has been growing increasingly broad and complex for borrowers to find their way around. However it is particularly beneficial in such a tricky market as we have at the moment. People require additional help to find the loan they need."Mortgage broking is the latest extension to the range of help provided by Saffron for its customers which also already includes an insurance broking service.
