Mortgage Talk offers in-house conveyancing
Goldsmith Williams, the direct conveyancing firm, is providing Mortgage Talk with in-house conveyancing support to enable them to guarantee clients a fast and efficient service all the way through to completion.
The conveyancing service is being provided by Sam Cornell, who is based in Mortgage Talk’s head office in Rotherham, Yorkshire, where the company employs 110 staff. Mortgage Talk is a multi-distribution mortgage brokerage, marketing its services via 27 estate agent partners, 150 new property developments and direct to consumers.
Mortgage Talk managing director, Andy Frankish, said: “This is an exciting development which enables Mortgage Talk to maintain greater control over the entire mortgage application process, right through to completion. Having a Goldsmith Wiliiams conveyancer in-house cuts timescales, improves efficiency and gives us a very tangible competitive advantage in what is clearly a difficult market.”
