Crystal Mortgages announces the launch of two new Bridging Loan products.
Crystal Mortgages announced today the launch of two new Bridging Loan products in addition to their competitive 1.25% product.
Crystal are still lending on a first or second charge basis on Commercial or Residential property, still lending to clients with adverse credit, and still lending on a true Self Cert basis.
"The majority of lenders at present are withdrawing from the second charge or adverse sectors, at Crystal we are expanding our lending in these areas", they said.
