Natwest cuts rates on B2L two year fixed
RBS Intermediary Partners will be reducing the rate today on one of its NatWest 2 year fixed rate buy-to-let mortgages.
Buy-to-let
NatWest 2 year fixed rate (max LTV 75%) will be reduced to 6.49% (8.1% APR) from 6.69% with a £1,999 arrangement fee - fixed until 31 October 2010.
Overpayments of up to 10% of the outstanding balance per annum are allowed during the initial deal period. A higher lending charge may apply.
