TCF launches new look website
TCF Debt Solutions, the intermediary dedicated debt advice specialist, has launched its new look website after feedback from users seeking a simpler interface with clearer navigation to key sections to help them better understand all of the debt solution options available.
Particular attention has been taken to help intermediaries find the right information through a simpler menu system as well as easier navigation to make better use of the extensive marketing support, including free websites and paper based marketing materials to help intermediaries generate new business.
As the only totally intermediary facing specialist offering both debt management planning and with in house Insolvency Practitioners (IPs),to provide a full IVA service, TCF Debt Solutions believes that it is vitally important that intermediaries have easy access to the information that will help them explain the options available to clients with debts to find the best way forward.
Andy Moody, Managing Director of TCF Debt Solutions, said, “It is so important that intermediaries can find the answers and be conversant with the debt solution choices available. Unfortunately, many so called debt specialists only offer a one size fits all answer, regardless of the client’s circumstances, and it is important that advisers seeking the best deal for their clients can source all the relevant information to be better placed to talk confidently with clients. We are at the beginning of a revolution in the way that debt advice is delivered to the public in this country. We believe that intermediaries, with their proven expertise in understanding and analysing the financial needs of their clients are in the best position to take a leading role in helping the increasing number of people with debt problems receive professional advice.”
