Crown expands its outsourcing operation
Following the appointment of 20 new staff, Crown Mortgage Management, the multi-national independent mortgage servicer, has today announced plans to expand the business further by extending its office in Ipswich.
Crown, which currently employs 108 staff, is extending its base by an additional 1,300 square footage of office space, in order to help accommodate their latest recruitment drive and support the existing Head Office in Ipswich.
Julien Holmes, managing director, Crown Mortgage Management, said: “So far in 2008 Crown has won three new clients and taken on seven new mortgage portfolios. We are delighted to be able to open a brand new office and recruit the extra staff needed to accommodate this recent business growth. At Crown we are strongly committed to retaining the best talent possible, so we look after our employees with staff incentives and training programmes. As a result of this our staff turnover is very low”
