BDS announce free valuations
BDS Mortgage Group in conjunction with Goldsmith Williams, the specialist direct conveyancing firm, is offering free valuations during October 2008, on all packaged remortgage deals with Money Partners, Kensington and Platform ranges.
There are no limits as to how many free valuations can be claimed and the offer will be initially available from 1st – 31st October 2008. To qualify, the client must select Goldsmith Williams for the additional conveyancing services and the current costs available include: £475 (inclusive of VAT and disbursements) for properties up to £250,000 and £575 (inclusive of VAT and disbursements) for properties up to £500,000.
This incentive will be reviewed at the end of the month to determine if it should be rolled out across the full packaged lender panel. Brokers can download full details about the free valuation offer at www.bdsmortgages.com.
Bob Hope, Sales & Marketing Director comments: “With many intermediaries finding it increasingly difficult to compete against the high street, BDS is continuing to add value by offering them a competitive advantage. Meeting additional upfront costs such as the valuation fee can be expensive for clients, especially with the basic cost of living on the increase and so a free incentive could make the difference in winning or losing a deal.”
David Shortt, Corporate Services Director at Goldsmith Williams said: “We’re delighted to be supporting this initiative, which is a very positive development at a time when the housing and mortgage markets need some good news! The combination of free valuations and highly competitive conveyancing fees will, I have no doubt, be warmly welcomed by brokers and Goldsmith Williams looks forward to working with BDS and their members over the coming weeks.”
