Check out your TCF progress
The Compliance Alliance, the dedicated compliance support division within Home Buyer Systems, has announced that it is offering a new TCF review service that enables firms to assess how far they have progressed with TCF in order to meet the 31 December deadline.
The Compliance Alliance TCF Review service can be tailored to the specific requirements of any size of mortgage firm, irrespective of its progress to date, and the review can be conducted remotely or in person at the firm’s offices. Documentation and processes are assessed and full feedback is given to enable the firm to ensure that it can meet its TCF obligations by the December deadline.
Richard Angliss, managing director of Home Buyer Systems commented “As the recent run of FSA enforcements against mortgage firms has reminded us, regulatory activity carries on despite the more headline-making events such as bank failures and the credit crunch. The Compliance Alliance is able to use the fully compliant Home Buyer advice and sales system to offer both specific consultancy – as in the new TCF Review service - or a fully functional outsourced compliance monitoring service. Our experience shows that many firms are still falling short of meeting their TCF obligations and, with less than three months to go until the deadline, we anticipate strong demand for the new TCF Review service.”
