Xit2 to boost conveyancing team
Xit2 are building their conveyancing team to take advantage of improvements in the conveyancing process and moves towards a greater flow of data and documents electronically.
Conveyancing continues to evolve, and Xit2 sees a real opportunity to add value to both lender and conveyancer operations.
Mark Blackwell, sales director at Xit2 said: “We’re currently looking for someone to lead the developments within the company. We are seeing a massive increase in the interest from firms in the conveyancing sector keen to harness cost savings and we believe that now is the time to scale up our operations.
“This is a fast moving sector with some very talented people out there with a level of knowledge and experience of new solutions from many different sectors of the market.
“The new person will lead a team focused on delivering the integrated Valuation and Conveyancing solution we launched earlier in the year which creates a single point of instruction for all conveyancing and valuations. It’s a very exciting market with a raft of opportunities for those prepared to grasp them.”
