Free CRM software from Invent

Invent Software Limited has launched I-map x, web-based CRM (client relationship management) and back office processing software, which is free to register and use.
Designed for use by mortgage intermediaries and the IFAs, i-map x will improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, as well as covering regulatory needs, according to the company. From a compliance perspective networks or firms can access a complete overview of all activity including cases, all associated documentation, a new business register and full audit trail from data input.
The system has been designed to be as simple to get started with as possible, although there are online user manuals and telephone support is available whenever help is needed. Processing options for exist for residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, secured loans, insurance products.
