Pink enhances its online services
Pink Home Loans has enhanced its online services, benefiting users of its client management system The Key.
Users of The Key are now able to transfer product information to the Online New Business Register (OLNBR) without having to re-key the information. The OLNBR allows intermediaries to record all of the regulated and non-regulated business that they send to Pink.
Prior to its launch, the new functionality was tested by a pilot of approximately 30 Appointed Representatives, to ensure that the system delivered what it set out to a achieve and iron out any issues before introducing the enhancement to the remainder of The Key users.
Neil Hoare, associate director of marketing and IT at Pink Home Loans, said: “One of the clear advantages of this enhancement is the time that it will save them from an administration point of view, allowing them to spend time generating additional income.”
