Refer a foreign property buyer and get a reward
Hamptons International, one of the UK’s premier residential agents, and a subsidiary of Emaar properties, has today announced the launch of its Referral Reward Scheme for overseas properties, designed to thank and benefit Hamptons’ current customer base.
The Hamptons Referral Reward Scheme will provide customers with a cash or credit reward for referring their friends to the company for the purchase of an overseas property.
Under the Scheme, customers can refer as many individuals as they like, receiving a reward for each individual referral. The referral reward increases, as the value of the property increases. For example, if the referred client purchases a property below £150,000, the existing client would receive a reward fee of £200; if the referred client purchases a property between £300,000 -£499,999, the existing client would receive £1,000; if the referred client purchases a property above £5million, the existing client would receive £5,000.
Ian Trinder, International & Finance Director – Hamptons International comments: “The quality of service and expertise that we have provided to our clients over the last 137 years has been the reason that many of our customers have recommended us to their friends time and time again. As a result, a high percentage of our customers come from referrals through our existing client base. This Referral Scheme is designed to thank our current customers and encourage them to continue referring people moving forward.”
The Referral Reward will be paid against any completed overseas sales as a result of documented referral. The fee will be paid in Sterling by bank transfer within 30 days of the completion date of the sale.
