Postive Lending still alive and well
Despite some reports to the contrary we can confirm that Positive Lending, who are based in Dorset, is still very much in business.
We were contacted late last week by Paul McGonigle, the Managing Director of Positive Lending , who informed Mortgage Introducer that someone had been sending out press releases and comment in his name to various media within our sector.
We have in fact received some of these ourselves.
Unfortunatley some of these releases appear to have been taken at face value and have appeared as news on other industry websites.
Paul says, "For clarification, Positive Lending is still trading, and while the market conditions are tougher than they were we have had our best month in terms of profitable trading this month. We have invested heavily in updating our IT infrastructure and website in the previous quarter to ensure we can react to introducer applications faster than ever before."
