Pink guarantees proc fees

Pink Home Loans is re-iterating its guarantee to honour the payment of procuration fees to its network customers, following recent press coverage about high profile network closures and system issues delaying payment.
What’s more the company is still offering the 24 hour of legal completion commission payment facility, which can be accessed online, so their appointed representative and directly authorised customers can enjoy luxury of being able to control their cash flow at any time of the day. Often Pink will have already paid the broker before payment has been received from the lender, removing any doubt as to whether or not they will be paid for the work they have put in selling the products.
Lisa Hurley, Pink’s Director of Finance, comments; “We understand how important it is that our network members get paid as quickly as possible, especially in times of challenging market conditions. Intermediaries are having to keep a much closer eye on their finances and cash-flow in particular; and we believe they should be able to make the decision about how and when they want to be paid and not have any doubts as to whether or not they will be paid.”
