Leadbay sells millionth mortgage lead
Leadbay has just sold its millionth lead, which was a mortgage lead, to Craig Parrington of, Parringtons in London for £30.
Craig had used Leadbay’s new facility to choose a lead by LTV value, as well as by type, post code area and value, to get a lead with 55% LTV. Craig Parrington will be presented with a case of champagne at a celebratory dinner and £100 of free leads.
Grant Stevens, Leadbay’s managing director said, “This is a real milestone, selling one million mortgage leads in less than four years. The volume of leads has picked up hugely over the past year and now we frequently deliver more than 2000 leads a day. Leadbay’s structure means that every single one of these leads is sold the instant it arrives so that the adviser can get in touch with the prospective client within seconds of them asking for advice and so stands a very high chance of converting the lead to business.
“Our congratulations go to Craig Parrington who took advantage of Leadbay’s LTV filters to get a lead with a highly placeable 55% LTV.”
Craig Parrington says, “Leadbay’s LTV filters are excellent, especially in the current market. The system provided by Leadbay, with its online software tracking of leads, its filters and its ease of use is significantly better than all of its competitors.”
