GHL Group launches in-house protection service for ARs
Following feedback from their members, GHL Group undertook an extensive review of their existing insurance referral offering and has now launched it's new In-house Life Referral Service to it's AR members.
By bringing the service in-house they have been able to enhance the earning potential for their members. With a dedicated team now in place, the members have already seen an improvement in service with better conversion ratios and quicker response times. GHL members have voiced their approval with the new offering as referring in to their network rather than via a third party gives them confidence in client retention.
John Smith, Sales & Marketing Director says, "GHL has always placed an importance in listening to their members. With the previous arrangement, concerns were raised over client retention and the amount of commission being received. We have invested in a professional team to administer client referrals for life protection to not only give a first class service but to bolster much needed revenue for our members. The offering does not detract from those ARs that wish to sell protection themselves and we stay firmly committed to ongoing training and development, which we provide, to help our members excel in this area. We have been delighted with the results so far"
