Mortgage Introducer still free
Mortgage Introducer magazine is now the only free printed magazine aimed specifically at mortgage brokers.
Mortgage Solutions offers an electronic version of its magazine but you have to pay either £67.50 (offer price) or £135 to receive the magazine through the post. And this week Mortgage Strategy has announced that, from the 5th December, you will have to pay either £75 (offer price) or £99 to continue receiving its magazine through the post and its email alerts.
Commenting, Nia Williams, editor of Mortgage Introducer, said: "I am very proud that Mortgage Introducer is now the only free magazine aimed at mortgage advisers. We aim to be the 'champion of the mortgage professional' as we say on the cover and we do not believe that charging our readers to receive the magazine is the way forward.
"It's at times like this that advisers need all the help they can get in order to beat the credit crunch. The last thing they need is to have to pay for magazines relating to their industry."
