Sourcing systems preferred route for KFIs
The majority of mortgage intermediaries have confirmed that using a sourcing system that guaranteed product data would be their preferred route for generating and producing KFIs.
Research from an online survey conducted by Mortgage Brain, which recently announced the launch of its new ‘guaranteed product’ sourcing system, revealed that 74% of intermediaries would put their faith in a sourcing system, if mortgage product details could be guaranteed.
Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain, comments, “These results clearly show how important it is that mortgage intermediaries have instant access to mortgage product details with the highest levels of accuracy. In the current climate intermediaries need to have certainty, confidence and trust in the systems they are using when advising and selling mortgages to their clients.”
Mortgage Brain’s Premier Plus+, its next generation sourcing system, which guarantees product accuracy, was launched on the 10th November. By guaranteeing product data, intermediaries using the new system can now make a claim if incorrect information has been given and their client has suffered a financial loss.
