Godiva Mortgages updates its lifetime mortgage range

Godiva Mortgages is today updating its range of lifetime mortgages.
The new products include a best buy rate, for customers aged 70 or over, of 6.10% fixed for term, lump sum type product.
Other product types are available, both lump sum and drawdown have an ERC free option.
Commenting on the new products, Colin Franklin, Managing Director of Godiva Mortgages said: "We are one of the few providers to offer ERC free lifetime mortgage products, this is unique to the lifetime mortgage market and offers complete flexibility to the borrower. We are confident that intermediaries and their clients will like what we are offering."
