Pink launches Remittance Manager
Pink Home Loans has launched a new service for its intermediary customers to help them to manage their finances.
The tool is called the ‘Remittance Manager’ and enables the broker to list remittances that they have received from Pink and also allows them to search through remittances from Pink based on various criteria.
The search facility enables the intermediary to pin point a particular remittance by entering any of the following information: adviser name, date range, client name, or a lender reference policy number. The broker is also able to search for either mortgages, or other income business. Once the search is complete, the broker is then able to export the data into a spreadsheet.
Kay Leslie, Network Services Director, comments: “We are delighted to offer this new tool to our intermediary customers, which will be hugely beneficial in assisting them in managing their finances. I would personally like to thank Mark Finch, an AR of Pink, for his involvement in the origination and testing of the facility, his input has been invaluable.”
Mark Finch from Holmes Mortgages, adds: “Technology is in the heart of any successful business and working with pink to advance their current system has been a pleasure. This advancement has made Pink Home Loans stronger and gives them a major competitive advantage over all other Networks and gives both AR’s and Directly Authorised broker more reasons to be part of Pink. The new system will save practice principles valuable time by allowing them to search for commissions for each adviser within seconds reducing the paperwork burden when trying to organise their adviser’s commissions. Practices of all sizes will benefit from this advancement”.
