PMS® can confirm that it has launched a semi exclusive remortgage only 3 Year Fixed rate with Abbey for Intermediaries.
The product is 4.69% Fixed until 02/02/2012 and is available up to 60% LTV. There is a free valuation, and standard legal fees are paid. The booking fee is £995.
