Pink's equity release training a success
On 17th November Pink Home Loans held an Equity Release authorisation course for its appointed representatives.
The course was designed to provide the ARs with everything they need to know to enable them to arrange equity release loans for their clients. Equity release providers; Stonehaven and Hodge Equity Release, made presentations on Lifetime Mortgages and Home Reversion Plans and the intermediaries were also given an overview of the legal process involved by Equilaw. Particular focus was given to the all important compliance process including the fact find letter, suitability letter and Pink’s equity release manual.
Neil Hoare, Pink’s Sales and Marketing Director comments; “This inaugural course was attended by 11 of our appointed representatives and I’m extremely pleased to say that they all passed the authorisation process to allow them to arrange equity release loans. We will be holding further courses in the near future so that more of our intermediary customers can tap into the growing market and cater for a wider range of their client’s needs.”
Pink Home Loans launches its equity release panel of providers on 24th November and it includes; Bridgewater Equity Release Limited, Bristol & West Mortgages, Godiva Mortgages, Dunfermline Building Society, Hodge Lifetime, Northern Rock Plc, Retirement Plus Ltd and Stonehaven UK Ltd.
