Exclusive Connections to offer white label bridging finance
Exclusive Connections, the UK’s largest packager association, has announced that it is to offer a bespoke white label bridging finance product in partnership with Bridgingloans.com, one of the UK’s most innovative provider of bridging finance solutions.
Exclusive Connections has over 50 regional packager members with access to all the benefits of a central core of services including a comprehensive lending panel. Bridgingloans.com has been appointed to the company’s lender panel because of its experience of the bridging loans market, as well as its robust lending criteria and strict underwriting processes.
Matthew Arena, Managing Director of Exclusive Connections said, “I am delighted to welcome Bridgingloans.com to our panel. It is an established bridging finance company and we are working on launching an exclusive product to the market for the benefit of brokers who deal with any Exclusive Connections member. I look forward to working with Bridgingloans.com to the benefit of members, brokers and customers alike.”
Martyn Smith, Managing Director of Bridgingloans.com. commented “In the current financial market it is vital that brokers have a range of viable services to offer customers. However at the moment this is often a problem for them due to many lenders shutting up shop. Exclusive Connections has a fantastic brand reputation amongst brokers and this partnership really helps us to extend our reach on the marketplace and solidify our position”
